Sunny’s connection to the world of healing began in her childhood in Sedona, AZ. There she learned the importance of balancing her energy and connecting with nature to renew her spirit. That understanding led her to Reiki, which became an important aspect of her own healing and now supports her ability to handle the stresses of life in a busy city. Immersing herself in the spirit and philosophy of Reiki, she embraced the joy of helping others heal. Sunny is skilled at helping people reach a deep state of relaxation, which ​enhances the natural healing processes, particularly for survivors of trauma.
