That understanding led her to Reiki, which became an important aspect of her own healing and now supports her ability to handle the stresses of life in a busy city. Immersing herself in the spirit and philosophy of Reiki, she embraced the joy of helping others heal.
Sunny is skilled at helping people reach a deep state of relaxation, which enhances the natural healing processes, particularly for survivors of trauma.
